“Magic mushrooms” are mushrooms that contain hallucinogens, usually psilocybin and psilocin. Taking magic mushrooms can cause people to see, hear, or feel things that are not there. It can also increase anxiety, fear, nausea, and muscle spasms accompanied by increased heart rate and blood pressure. 

4 side effects after use:  

Visual: resulting in color intensification, kaleidoscopic vision, and changes in shape 

Auditory: resulting in a sensation of increased auditory acuity, buzzing, or whistling 

Tactile: resulting in increased sensitivity to touch 

Synesthetic: changing the perception of sounds or images

Did you know?  

The effects appear approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour after ingestion and last up to 12 hours depending on digestion. The consumption of hallucinogenic mushrooms does not lead to dependence.
