Write to usSupports families experiencing family transitions, single parenthood, family recomposition, or going through separation, with the aim of limiting the impacts of marital separation on these families, in the interest of the children.
Individualized support sessions start as early as age 4. Sessions can take place in person at their offices (for children and teens), via videoconference, or over the phone (for adults and teens only).
Group workshops provide a space to discuss specific topics and help children, teens, and parents realize that they are not alone in facing their challenges.
This service primarily aims to support separated parents in their coparenting efforts—helping them become collaborative parents in the best interest of their child(ren). The guidance provided is tailored to the family's situation and the needs of both parents. The goal is to establish or restore effective minimum communication between the two parents.
The goal is to help each participating child recognize their own self-worth. By the end of the camp week(s), we aim for each youth to leave with a better understanding of themselves and of what self-esteem means, to accept their limits as an integral part of who they are, and to use their strengths to overcome challenges they may face in life.
They offer daytime family activities designed to give parents and children meaningful moments to share together. Held once a month or more, these events follow a different theme each month and aim to strengthen family bonds in a warm and playful environment.
