Their services
The Centre for Assistance and Support with Complaints – Laval is a community organization where an individual can contact to receive the necessary help and support when filing a complaint. They are independent from the health network and advocate in favor of the user. Their services are free and confidential.
Their role is not to handle complaints directly but to assist any Laval resident or anyone dissatisfied with the care received in a Laval facility throughout the complaint process.
