Le Centre du Sablon offers a wide range of recreational activities with a focus on sports, community, and culture, for people of all ages.
The center features a kindergarten program, seasonal day camps (summer, spring, and winter), and a variety of activities for everyone. With its 25-meter indoor pool, gymnasiums, aerobics room, and Sablon Fit—equipped with over 50 state-of-the-art fitness machines—it provides numerous physical and sports activities to meet the needs of athletes of all ages and skill levels.
In addition to sports and recreation, the center also offers social and community-oriented activities, including cultural programming, a volunteer program, a seniors’ club, and special events like a Halloween haunted house and an income tax clinic for low-income individuals.
