Prevention of homelessness and social exclusion of people in an emergency situation by offering a short and/or medium-term shelter, with emphasis on social reaffiliation
Their services
- Emergency and/or transitional housing services for individuals aged 18 and older who are homeless or experiencing homelessness, facing crises or social breakdown, in complementarity with community resources.
- Basic services (shelter, food, support) to reduce the deterioration of social, economic, and health conditions of individuals.
- Providing individuals with community-based follow-up in collaboration with other health and social services partners.
- Encouraging support and mutual aid among individuals.
- Promoting the return to autonomy and social reintegration of homeless or itinerant individuals by deploying the necessary resources, services, and activities.
